What is the GearNoise Test System?
The Gear Noise Test System is a gear noise measurement system specializing in abnormal sound detection and quality judgment in production lines and research and development sites.
Using rotational order ratio tracking analysis and MTA methodology, it automates abnormal sound inspection that previously relied on ears. Even in factory environments with high ambient noise, it accurately captures slight noise changes by attaching acceleration sensors to the target object, and makes real-time judgments on product quality and deterioration diagnosis.
